These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, room reservation system, and stay at Motimahal Lodge & Restaurant in Bharatpur-3, Narayangarh. By making a booking or staying at our lodge, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Check-in & Check-out Regulations
12:00 PM (Noon)
Early check-in subject to room availability.
11:00 AM
Late check-out can be requested at front desk.
Guest Identification: All adult guests must present a valid Photo ID (Citizenship Card, Passport, or License) at the front desk upon check-in.
2. Pricing, Rates & Payment Options
- Currency & Rates: All published rates are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) per room per night unless explicitly specified otherwise.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash (NPR), Fonepay QR transfers, eSewa, Direct Bank Transfers, and major credit/debit cards at our front desk desk.
- Taxes & Service Fees: Applicable local government taxes and service charges are included or transparently detailed during booking confirmation.
3. Reservation Enquiries & Cancellation Policy
We strive to maintain maximum flexibility for travelers visiting Chitwan:
- Booking Enquiries: Submitting a room enquiry on our website does not charge your card. Our front desk family confirms room availability and rates via WhatsApp or phone call.
- Cancellation Notice: Guests are requested to inform our front desk at least 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in if plans change.
- No-Show Policy: Unannounced no-shows for peak season guaranteed bookings may result in forfeiture of advance deposits.
4. Guest Conduct & Property Guidelines
To preserve a peaceful environment for all guests:
- Quiet Hours: We request guests to observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- Strictly Non-Smoking Rooms: All guest rooms are non-smoking. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available in the courtyard garden.
- Prohibited Items: Illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials are strictly forbidden on lodge premises.
- Property Care: Guests are responsible for intentional damage caused to room furnishings, appliances, or lodge property.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising in connection with stay or website services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chitwan District, Nepal.
